Drawing on the grid

Pick a tool and draw straight on the sheet. Line and Rectangle snap their ends to the nearest grid point, so a shape five squares wide is exactly five squares wide. Pen draws freehand, and Eraser removes whatever it touches. Undo steps back one stroke at a time.

Saving your drawing

Save PNG exports the grid and your drawing as one image at print resolution. Print sends the same sheet to your printer at true scale, so a 5 mm square on screen is a 5 mm square on paper.
